Small, intentional changes for lasting transformation
Health and wellness transformation should not feel like having to tackle another item on your to-do list.
Ellam Wellness was created from a simple belief: small, intentional changes in the way we live each day can create meaningful, lasting transformation.
We believe wellbeing is about more than what we eat or how often we exercise. It's about the whole person—the way we care for our bodies, manage stress, nurture our relationships, find purpose, and create space for joy, rest, and connection.
Ellam brings these pieces together in a practical, approachable way, helping you discover what makes you feel your best and turn that awareness into everyday habits that support the life you want to live.
Our goal isn't perfection. It's progress.
Through personalized coaching, thoughtful resources, and wellness experiences designed for real life, Ellam Wellness is here to help you feel more energized, more balanced, and more connected to yourself—one everyday choice at a time.

What is my approach?
My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on sustainable progress- so you can feel better in your body and more confident in your everyday life. The Ellam Wellness approach that I have created guides clients through a repeatable framework of delivering measurable, lasting results.
How did I get into Health & Wellness Coaching?
After 20+ years working in Tech & Financial Services coaching leaders and teams in a corporate setting, I pivoted in my career to focus on health and wellness coaching. My passion and interest in Health & Wellness stemmed from both navigating the obstacles of traditional health care systems as a caregiver for elderly parents, and managing my own complex chronic health challenges (while juggling the full-time roles of being a parent to three children and a career professional).
I learned through experience that the key to wellness is finding balance across all the interconnected dimensions of life. I decided to pursue my passion and go back to school to become a nationally board-certified Health and Wellness Coach, so that I could help others achieve balance and wellness for life. I’ve always had a fascination with human cognition and behavior (I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology, with a minor in Sociology from Emory University of Atlanta).
What does the word “Ellam” mean (does it stand for something in particular)?
I intentionally chose Ellam Wellness as the name for my practice as it both represents my wellness beliefs and is in someways a tribute to my parents. My father was born and raised in the beautiful coastal state of Kerala, in South India, where the word "Ellam” translates (in the Dravidian language, Malayalam) as “Everything” or “All”. Ellam sheriyaakum, is a common phrase you will hear amongst people from Kerala, India translating in simplest terms to “Everything will be fine.” My mother was both a clinical Pharmacist and an advocate for augmenting traditional medicine with holistic health philosophies, such as Ayurveda and Acupuncture.
As I began my studies in Health & Wellness coaching, I reflected of many of the tenets and beliefs with which I was raised and how my husband and I now raise our children. My aim is to inspire others with a framework anchored in creating joy, balance and purpose. With intention, we can integrate our personal and professional lives and create joy and successful outcomes in both spaces. We can channel our moments of failure and frustration to harness the needed fuel we need- to create more Energy, to incorporate better Lifestyle behaviors and daily habits, to align our social and work connections for Life Balance, achieving a heightened body-mind Awareness (and understanding the connection between our emotional and physical health), and most importantly giving us a sense of Meaning.
